To meet the needs of the community through a holistic approach while attracting those who are not saved to the saving grace of God through Jesus Christ. To minister to women through mentorship, encouragement and empowerment (ME2) for their perfecting, their work of the ministry and their edification. To glorify God through the expression of the creative arts.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Exodus Outreach Ministries is a divinely ordained institution comprised of a fellowship of believers for the purpose of:
1. To Evangelize the World with the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Restoring Hope Jeremiah 29:11)
The Ministry is a place where people are sent out to touch others with the good news of Jesus Christ and to invite them to respond to His love, to experience eternal life, and to become responsible members of His body.
a. Definitions:

Evangelize: 1. To preach the Gospel. 2. To convert to Christianity.

Outreach: An organized effort to extend services beyond usual limits.

Mission: 1.a. A body of missionaries sent out by a church. b. The place where the ministry of such a body is exercised. 2. An assignment to be carried out: task.
b. To fulfill the Great Commission of Christ (Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15, Luke 24:17, John 20:21).
c. To share Christ's love for the world (Luke 10:2, Matthew 9:36-38, Matthew 18:10-14).
d. To minister to the totality of human need (Matthew 25:31-46, Luke 16:9, Luke 16:19-31, Luke 10:2).
e. To bring men and women to the knowledge of God and to His redeeming grace (John 3:16, Romans 10: 13-15).
f. To obey Christ by confessing Him to the world (Matthew 10:32-33, Matthew 25:41-46).
2. To Edify / Build up by Reaching and Transforming a Hurting World (Women of Destiny, Daughters of Purpose)
Ministry to women through mentorship, encouragement and empowerment (ME2) for their perfecting, their work of the ministry and their edification. To provide a natural intertwining relationship and appreciation between Women of Destiny (women 25 years old and older) and Daughters of Purpose (young ladies 14 years old to 24) through fellowship and open dialogue.

b. Mentorship – Titus 2:3-5
c. Encouragement – Acts 15:16, Romans 14:19, I Thessalonians 5:11
d. Empowerment – I Corinthians 12-14, the impartation of the spiritual gifts. I Peter 4:10-11, “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in it’s various forms.” Ephesians 4:11-12, 16 “It was he who gave some apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for the works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up… from him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does it’s work.”
3. To Glorify God (iJn Studio Creative Arts)
To glorify God through the expression of the creative arts.
a. Glorify – To magnify, extol praise and ascribe honor to God.
b. To glorify God as an expression of the complete heart in adoration of our God. (I Corinthians 6:20, Psalm 22:23, Psalm 50:15, Psalm 86:9, 12)
c. The expression of worship can be presented through the multiple artistic gifts given by God which allows the artist to be salt and light to the world. (Matthew 5:13-16, Romans 11:29)
